Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for hardware items within 14 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on e-liquid products due to health and safety regulations, nor do we accept returns on any sale items.
Non-Refundable Items
We are unable to provide refunds on opened items, e-liquid products, or disposable vape devices, including pods and other similar products. These restrictions are due to health regulations.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note, a 15% restocking fee applies for returns due to customer error or items missing parts from the original packaging.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please first verify with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at balivapesusa@gmail.com for further assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bali Vape USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim if your package is lost.
Exchange Policy
