Our return policy allows for returns on hardware items only within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered. Additionally, orders may be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched from our facility; however, once your order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Sale Items
No refunds or exchanges are available for sale items. No exceptions.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health regulations, we do not accept returns or refunds on any e-liquid products, including e-liquids in bottles, pods, or disposable vape devices, among others.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required to process any refund.
Partial Returns
In certain situations, partial returns may be accepted (if applicable) for items not in their original condition, damaged items, or missing parts not due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The time for an exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within up to 5 business days. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to returns due to customer error or missing items from the original packaging.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If your refund has not posted after 5 business days, please verify with your bank and credit card company. If the refund is still not visible, contact us at connect@balivapeusa.com for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bali Vape USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. While we understand the frustration of not receiving your order, we have no control over the carrier once the package has shipped. For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim.
Items on Sale
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-returnable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us at connect@balivapeusa.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
