PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address for all orders.

International Shipping
Bali Vape USA does not currently offer international shipping. Orders with international shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours, although most are shipped within 48 hours. Orders ship via our reliable carriers and require an adult signature with a photo ID (21+) upon delivery, in compliance with Federal laws. All shipping times are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday). Orders may be reviewed to ensure security and accuracy, and if your order is under review, we will contact you on the same day.

Important: We do not process orders on weekends or Federal holidays. Orders placed during these times will resume processing the following business day.

Adult Signature Requirement
In accordance with Federal law, all orders containing vape-related products require Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery. Recipients must show a valid government-issued photo ID for age verification. If a package is returned due to unavailability for signature upon delivery, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.

Shipping Carriers
We utilize a network of reliable shipping carriers, including regional providers, to ensure timely deliveries. However, Bali Vape USA is not responsible for any errors, delays, or losses caused by these carriers. We do not offer refunds or reshipping for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Packages returned to us by the carrier will receive a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.

Delivery Timeline and Tracking
After processing (24 to 72 business hours), a tracking email will be sent to confirm that your package is in the final stages of fulfillment. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
